My story, like the best recipes, begins with a great passion: the desire to bring an authentic piece of my homeland, with all its flavors, aromas, and joy, to the beautiful shores of Torrevieja.

More than a business, this is a life project born from the desire to share true home-cooked flavor. That flavor that speaks of family, shared tables, tradition, and the love that goes into every dish. We believe that food is a universal language, a way of saying "I take care of you," "I celebrate with you," and "welcome home."

Our commitment is simple but firm: Using fresh ingredients, respecting the recipes our grandmothers taught us, and welcoming each person who walks through our door not as a customer, but as an honored guest in our home.

To share all the facets of our culture, I have created two unique spaces in Torrevieja, each with its own personality but united by the same heart.

La Caña is the celebration of life. This is where the vibrant energy of our Latin culture comes alive. Here, delicious Ecuadorian and Colombian cuisine merges with the joy of Spanish tapas, the irresistible aroma of barbecue on our terrace, and, above all, the music!

On weekends, La Caña transforms into a place of joy, with live music that invites you to get up and dance. It's the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, a fun night out with friends, or when you're feeling hungry for something to do, besides eating well, and having a great time!

La Cañita is our corner of the soul, A refuge where the flavors of Ecuador and Colombia are presented in their purest and most authentic form. It's the place where the aroma of a good sancocho transports you back to your childhood and the freshness of a ceviche reminds you of the Pacific breeze.

Here, time passes more slowly. It's the ideal space for a family meal, a quiet conversation with friends, or simply to close your eyes and let each bite tell you a story. At La Cañita, we cook memories.
